📋 Description

• They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee their supply chain, logistics, and order management processes. • In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with manufacturers and suppliers of cosmetics and related products, ensuring timely and efficient procurement, and managing the end-to-end order processing cycle. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers of cosmetics and related products. • Negotiate favorable terms and agreements to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery of products. • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns promptly. • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain and improve efficiency. • Oversee the transportation and distribution of products to ensure timely delivery to customers. • Supervise the order processing team and ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders. • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiencies within the supply chain and logistics functions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, and operations, preferably in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and manufacturers • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and order processing systems • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage a team • Italian native speaker and fluent in English
