• Responsible for Building infrastructure, creating new features, improving existing code, and helping scale the platform. • Triaging bugs and small enhancements. • Scoping, writing, and testing new product features. • Refactoring legacy code with attention to compatibility. • Providing feedback and peer review for other developers. • Communicating with the team using chat, audio, and video.

Requirements

• Professional experience with WordPress plugin development, architecture, and standards. • Advanced proficiency with PHP and MySQL. • Strong familiarity with JavaScript. • Ability to use build tools like gulp and webpack. • Experience with third-party APIs. • Competent with git and GitHub. • Previous freelance or remote work experience. • Personal Computer with Internet Access. • Availability to participate in audio/video meetings. • Bonus points for proficiency in JavaScript frameworks like VueJS or React, experience with e-commerce platforms/APIs, or DevOps/infrastructure management.
