📋 Description

• Senior Integration Engineer serving as advisor, subject-matter expert, and delivery partner for customers • Guide customers from concept to go-live and rollout, design and implement solutions using AWG standards • Deliver technical solutions on time, on budget, and with high quality; design cloud-native integration solutions using Microsoft Azure • Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with developers and support engineers, and participate in on-call rotation • Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and desired outcomes; design and document technical integration architecture and strategies • Build reusable assets and materials to enable the AWG community • Mentor developers in integration technologies and contribute to technical leadership and code reviews • Foster continuous improvement, share constructive feedback, and work closely with team members to deliver solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or related degree, or experience • Minimum 10 years of Application Development experience • Retail, wholesale, or Consumer Product Goods industry experience • Experience developing applications and services • Experience executing on the organizational operation vision and goals in alignment with department leadership • Solid experience with full SDLC – requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment using waterfall and/or agile methodologies • Deep expertise in integration methodologies/platforms including API design/development, event-driven, batch and cloud services • Experience with application development, API Management, microservices frameworks, middleware, container orchestration, and databases • Design and develop enterprise integration solutions using Azure Integration Services including Azure API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Logic Apps • Experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Pub/Sub methodologies, B2B/EDI integration, and API Management for real-time, batch, and hybrid APIs • Build microservices using Java/Spring Boot and integrate with Azure services • Implement security for APIs and backend services • Establish enterprise integration patterns, design guidelines, governance frameworks, and best practices • Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices architecture, and event-based/message architectures • Knowledge of IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/App Connect Enterprise (ACE), MQ and DataPower/API Gateways (or similar) • Terraform scripting to provision Azure Integration Services and integrate into CI/CD pipelines (plus) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated knowledge of multiple technologies and ability to learn new technologies • Ability to work as a committed member of a cross-functional team and mentor others • Knowledge in designing, developing, and implementing high-performing, large-scale, complex systems • Knowledge in solution evaluation/selection and implementation for large complex environments • Continuous learner with strong personal accountability • Skilled in documentation and deliverables required to support SDLC • Self-motivated researcher and problem solver • Strong collaborator and team player
