📋 Description

• Assist in managing and maintaining the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate lead, client, and campaign information. • Help qualify inbound leads and support the sales team with follow-ups, reminders, and pipeline tracking. • Support improvements to sales processes and workflows. • Coordinate the handoff of leads from sales to operations for smooth campaign delivery. • Assist in generating reports and dashboards to track sales and campaign performance. • Collaborate with Account Executives, Campaign Managers, and Influencer Relations Specialists to meet client needs. • Learn to identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and suggest process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus, but not required. • Interest in sales pipelines, lead management, and marketing operations. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Comfortable working with data and creating basic reports or dashboards. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Interest in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing is a plus.
