📋 Description

• Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate lead, client, and campaign information. • Qualify inbound leads and support the sales team with follow-ups, reminders, and pipeline tracking. • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring expectations are clear and campaigns start smoothly. • Generate reports and dashboards to track lead conversion, sales performance, and campaign outcomes. • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Campaign Managers, and Influencer Relations Specialists to ensure client satisfaction. • Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and propose process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or agency environments. • Proven experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead management, and client onboarding processes. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with influencer marketing, social media, or campaign execution is a strong plus.
