📋 Description
• Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns to engage influencers, websites, and media contacts. • Write and compose emails in multiple languages to suit over 10 international markets. • Configure and manage email servers, dedicated IPs, and email sending domains to maximize deliverability. • Implement IP rotation, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and other technical best practices. • Track and analyze email performance, including open rates, reply rates, and engagement metrics. • Collaborate with PR, influencer marketing, and link building teams to ensure campaign alignment and strategy. • Run large email marketing and automation campaigns (+250k emails per month or more)
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or cold email campaigns. • Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple international markets. • Strong knowledge of email server setup, dedicated IP configuration, IP rotation, and deliverability best practices. • Familiarity with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and other authentication protocols. • Experience writing emails in multiple languages or coordinating multilingual campaigns. • Experience with email marketing and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Lemlist, Mailshake, Salesforce). • Data-driven, analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. • Fluent in English.
