• Lead influencer campaigns targeting the Kenyan market, managing strategy, execution, and optimization • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and clients • Oversee influencer sourcing, outreach, negotiation, contracts, and campaign deliverables • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategy, creative direction, and reporting • Mentor or support junior team members, sharing best practices and guidance
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or digital campaign management • Proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end in challenging or emerging markets • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills • Deep understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) • Familiarity with the Kenyan influencer landscape is a plus • Fluent in English
