• Manually vet websites to ensure they meet quality standards, relevance, and client-specific requirements. • Research, review, and check domains daily to identify suitable prospects for ongoing link-building and outreach campaigns. • Structure, clean, and organize data in spreadsheets to prepare lists for the email marketing team. • Find contact emails, validate email addresses, and update outreach lists accordingly. • Reply to incoming emails from website owners and gather or compile required information. • Conduct outreach to site owners and editors to secure backlink placements when necessary. • Use SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Scrapebox to identify prospects and analyze backlink opportunities. • Maintain accurate records of vetted sites, outreach attempts, replies, and overall campaign performance. • Collaborate with the link-building team to streamline processes, improve data workflows, and boost campaign efficiency.
• Prior experience in SEO outreach and link building, ideally within an agency environment. • Strong understanding of backlink quality, website relevance, and core SEO best practices. • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Scrapebox, or similar platforms. • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manually assess website quality. • Good written English communication skills for outreach emails and follow-ups. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks, spreadsheets, and campaigns simultaneously. • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks such as domain checking and data entry with accuracy and consistency.
