• Responsible for business growth by selling solutions across segment customers • Identify and develop a robust pipeline of prospective customers • Conduct market research to uncover value drivers • Actively participate in preparation and execution of sales plans, events and campaigns • Communicate and effectively present Axalta solutions to key decision-makers • Collaborate with internal and external resources to deliver results • Maintain accurate account information in Salesforce
• An experienced sales professional with Automotive Refinish background • Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 5 years of Automotive Refinish industry experience • 5 + years of direct-selling experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals • Strong business development and prospecting skills • Strong knowledge of collision repair, commercial transportation and industrial business environments • Effective written and oral communication skills • Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills • Strong organizational, interpersonal and time-management skills • Competent computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Valid driver’s license required • Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time
