⢠Provide technical expertise to customers in Mobility-Commercial Vehicles manufacturing ⢠Establish new products in the market ⢠Coordinate activities with Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Operations ⢠Conduct trials and monitor data for Sales and Paint consumption ⢠Develop Standard operating processes and organize Training & audits
đŻ Requirements
⢠Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering/Paint Technology/PG in Chemistry ⢠Experience in Industrial coating industry (3-6 years) ⢠Knowledge of paint formulation and Paint application processes ⢠Experience in an R&D environment ⢠Ability to influence customers and establish strong relationships ⢠Capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously ⢠Proven problem-solving skills with data-based decision-making capacity ⢠Strong communication skills; Proficiency in MS Office ⢠Experience using SalesForce.com and information databases (a plus) ⢠Ability to travel extensively based on need
