📋 Description

• Provide onsite technical support to customers • Manage line trials to develop new business • Partner with Area Sales Managers on solution-based selling • Conduct plant/process audits and deliver improvement reports • Manage technically driven accounts to grow business and retain customers • Investigate and resolve quality issues • Handle technical aspects of quality claims • Build strong relationships with key accounts • Deliver theoretical and practical technical training programs • Liaise with suppliers and partners • Contribute to the EMEA technical team • Conduct Approved Applicator audits • Manage the lab

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in powder coatings • Strong coatings or chemical background • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Fluent English is required; Dutch, French or German is a plus • Strong written and presentation skills • Willing to travel (~50%, Central Europe and UK) • Ability to represent the Axalta brand • Professional and ethical mindset • Dynamic and goal-oriented • Strong communication and networking skills • Ability to work independently and as a team player
