📋 Description
• Création de contenu : rédaction de captions, hooks viraux, scripts de vidéos courtes • Gestion de communauté : animation des comptes, réponses aux commentaires et DMs • Stratégie éditoriale : planification et calendrier de publication sur TikTok, Instagram et YouTube • Veille & tendances : repérer les trends avant tout le monde et les adapter pour nos clients • Analyse de performance : suivi des KPIs (reach, engagement, croissance), reporting • Collaboration : travailler avec l'équipe montage et motion design pour produire du contenu impactant
🎯 Requirements
• Étudiant(e) en communication digitale, marketing, journalisme ou équivalent • Excellente maîtrise du français écrit — tu sais écrire des textes qui captent l'attention • Connaissance des codes TikTok, Instagram Reels et YouTube Shorts • Créatif(ve), autonome, curieux(se) et force de proposition • À l'aise avec les outils de planification (Notion, Trello, Google Suite) • Avoir son propre compte TikTok ou Instagram actif est un gros plus
