📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers • Establish best practices, coding standards, and a culture of continuous improvement • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications • Build user-facing applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript • Design and develop backend services, APIs, integrations, and data flows using Node.js and TypeScript • Own technical decisions and the overall technical roadmap • Balance delivery speed, scalability, maintainability, and code quality • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Ensure application and service performance, security, reliability, and availability • Maintain zero-downtime deployments • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve team efficiency, developer experience, and end-user products • Lead technical discussions and evaluate new technologies • Identify opportunities to improve and evolve the technology stack • Contribute throughout solution design, implementation, code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development • At least 4 years in a lead role • Strong fullstack development experience across frontend and backend systems • Deep knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript • Strong proficiency in React and Next.js • Experience developing backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express or NestJS • Understanding of databases, system integrations, cloud infrastructure, and modern software architecture • Experience using AI tools and workflows to improve development processes • Experience leading or mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, establishing engineering standards, and setting technical direction • Understanding of software quality, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability • Experience collaborating with product and design teams • Ability to prioritize, adapt, and deliver in a fast-paced environment • Proactive problem-solving and initiative • Ability to combine hands-on development with technical leadership and strategic decision-making • Excellent communication skills • Openness to feedback and commitment to ongoing personal and professional development • Interest in AI and emerging technologies
