• Overall responsibility for revenue, profitability and strategic development of the Business Unit • Lead two team managers and provide both disciplinary and technical leadership for the SAP team in Germany • Implement the business unit strategy in portfolio development, talent acquisition and market segmentation • Drive the sales strategy in close cooperation with the SAP Head of Sales and actively participate in acquiring new clients • Further develop the service portfolio with a focus on SAP RISE, Cloud ERP and SAP AI • Position the Business Unit as an innovative and future-ready partner in the SAP market
• Several years of experience in disciplinary and commercial management of SAP consulting teams • Proven track record in strategic business development and revenue accountability • Solid knowledge in implementing and marketing new SAP technologies (e.g., RISE, GROW, cloud solutions) • Strong sales orientation and experience in contract structuring in cooperation with Legal • High level of leadership competence, excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset • Business-fluent German (C2) and very good English (C1) • Willingness to travel within Germany; preferred residence in the Munich or Frankfurt area
