• Planning and management of digitization projects for district, city and municipal administrations together with your project team • Analysis and optimization of processes related to our financial software and the relevant departments • Training and onboarding of users in new projects and for existing customers • Project control including cost monitoring, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder management • Ensuring project success on time, within budget and within scope • Supporting sales with proposal cost estimates and scoping, as well as with the further development of customer relationships
• Completed vocational training or university degree, e.g., in economics, business administration, or an equivalent qualification • Initial professional experience in project management and experience leading project teams of 2–10 people on projects lasting several months • Willingness to travel regionally in northern and eastern Germany (approx. 1 day/week) • Desirable: basic knowledge of accounting and of the municipal sector • Strong communication skills, commercial/business acumen, and a proactive working style • Very good German language skills (at least C1)
