📋 Description

• You monitor the IT environments of our customers from the upper mid-market and large enterprises and ensure everything runs smoothly. • You handle complex incidents, problems and changes in sophisticated IT environments — including our own datacenters and platforms — and find quick, clever solutions. • You work closely with our customers, understand their needs and technologies, develop tailored concepts and, when necessary, provide a fast workaround. • By documenting incidents and solutions thoroughly, you ensure that our service quality remains consistently high.

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. • Solid knowledge of firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto or similar vendors) as well as proxy, WAF (e.g., F5), mail security and network technologies (e.g., Aruba, Xtreme, Cisco). • Ideally, you already have advanced experience with one or two of these vendors. • You are fascinated by new technologies and want to stay on top of trends. • You take ownership of our customers' challenges — a permanent workaround is not an option for you. • As a technically enthusiastic, customer-focused and good-humored professional, you share your knowledge within the team, support know-how development and help foster a respectful working environment. • Negotiation-level (business-fluent) German and very good English skills.
