📋 Description

• You secure the network and IT environments of our clients in the upper mid-market and in enterprises — with a particular focus on Arista and Extreme — and ensure stable, secure operations • You analyze and handle complex incidents, problems and changes in demanding network and security architectures and develop sustainable, high-performance solutions • You act as the technical contact for our clients, understand their network and security requirements in detail and develop tailored concepts — from segmentation and policy design to fast, pragmatic workarounds in the event of an outage • By providing structured and precise documentation of incidents, changes and security measures, you ensure a consistently high level of service and security

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position • Solid knowledge of network security and modern network architectures, particularly in the area of switching and fabric technologies from Arista Networks and Extreme Networks • Ideally, you have already gained hands-on experience with one or both vendors • You are fascinated by new technologies and stay up to date with industry trends • You take ownership of client challenges — a permanent workaround is not acceptable to you • As a technology‑enthusiastic, customer‑oriented and personable professional with a sense of humor, you share your knowledge within the team, support know‑how development and contribute to a respectful working environment • You have business‑fluent German and very good English skills
