📋 Description
• Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients. • Perform litigation management and outside counsel management. • Partner with in-house client teams to provide guidance and support on various corporate policies and corporate litigation matters
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of commercial and/or consumer litigation experience in an in-house corporate environment • The ability to work remotely full time for corporate clients on a contract basis helping to resolve in-house litigation matters • Active bar license in the state in which you reside
