âąProvide expert legal advice and guidance on commercial matters, including contract negotiation, drafting, and review. âąDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements. âąCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify legal risks and considerations in commercial transactions.
đŻ Requirements
âą2 + PQE in Commercial Contracts, preferably with a law firm or in-house legal department. âąExperienced in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial contracts.
