⢠Providing legal support to global HR functions ⢠Advising on employment related legal matters ⢠Provide subject matter legal advice on employment law matters across APAC ⢠Take a lead role in managing external counsels ⢠Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts ⢠Conduct legal research and stay up to date with changes in employment laws ⢠Develop and deliver training programs on employment law topics ⢠Provide support to senior management and participate in strategic planning ⢠Assist in the resolution of employment disputes ⢠Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement effective workplace policies ⢠Provide guidance on best practices for employee performance management ⢠Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives
đŻ Requirements
⢠Qualified lawyer with ideally minimum of 3- years of experience in employment law ⢠Strong knowledge of employment law within APAC region ⢠Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise legal advice ⢠Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build effective relationships ⢠Track record of working cross-functionally to achieve company goals while showcasing prioritization skills
