📋 Description

• Providing legal support to global HR functions • Advising on employment related legal matters • Provide subject matter legal advice on employment law matters across APAC • Take a lead role in managing external counsels • Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts • Conduct legal research and stay up to date with changes in employment laws • Develop and deliver training programs on employment law topics • Provide support to senior management and participate in strategic planning • Assist in the resolution of employment disputes • Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement effective workplace policies • Provide guidance on best practices for employee performance management • Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with ideally minimum of 3- years of experience in employment law • Strong knowledge of employment law within APAC region • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise legal advice • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build effective relationships • Track record of working cross-functionally to achieve company goals while showcasing prioritization skills
