📋 Description
• Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide commercially tailored legal support • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines • Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements • Working with and advising internal and external stakeholders, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies where required
🎯 Requirements
• Ideally, a minimum of 3 years’ PQE advising on a wide spectrum of general corporate / commercial contracts gained either within private practice or in house • Excellent Chinese language skills (written and spoken)
