📋 Description
• Lead the configuration, deployment, and support of SAP SuccessFactors LMS modules. • Design and develop custom reports using Plateau Report Designer (PRD) to meet client-specific learning analytics and compliance needs. • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure validated LMS operations and compliance with audit and regulatory standards. • Provide training and documentation for LMS and PRD usage. • Support integration between LMS and other SuccessFactors modules. • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS and reporting issues in a timely manner. • Participate in bi-annual SuccessFactors upgrades and ensure system readiness.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation and support. • Hands-on expertise in PRD Reporting – creating, modifying, and publishing reports. • Strong understanding of Employee Lifecycle Management and Learning Operations. • Experience with Validated LMS environments and compliance reporting. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
