📋 Description

• Business Analyst Senior: 2 roles • Location: Anywhere in EU • Duration: 6-12 months contract

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor/Master degree in economics and finance or other relevant field. In the absence of a Bachelor/ Master degree in the relevant field, demonstrated equivalent professional experience of at least 8 years can be accepted. • 7 years of experience in the field of Finance and Treasury management. • Experience with WallStreet TRM configuration and data management. • Experience with the definition of requirements for improving processes and systems, reducing their costs, enhancing their sustainability, and the quantification of potential business benefits. • Experience determining the explicit and implicit needs and requirements of various stakeholders. • Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills. • Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes. • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing. • Experience creating documentation such as business case documentation or business requirements summaries. • Background in public and/or private financial services institutions, insurance undertakings or equivalent institution is preferred. • Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP) and certification in agile methodologies. • Knowledge of English.
