📋 Description

• Work closely with Marketing to build strategy and execute compelling campaigns • Build strong relationships with key customers, understand their unique needs, and advise them how to gain positive business outcomes using Axis technologies • Establish a presence and actively participate in relevant industry associations • Engage with media, contribute to blogs and articles, and speak at conferences, webcasts, podcasts, etc. • Stay current and provide guidance on government regulation impacting the Retail sector • Identify pressing customer needs and advise Engineering on the development of tailored solutions • Drive opportunities with new and existing Axis technology partners that complement and add incremental value to the Axis portfolio • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Product and Solutions teams to assist in sales cycles and increase their knowledge of the Retail industry

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business development and Retail asset protection / loss prevention • Excellent relationship building, written communication, and presentation skills • C- level Sales consulting • Expertise in video surveillance, network audio, and access control solutions • Proven experience in developing business and channel partnerships for security solutions • A Bachelors or higher degree - highly preferred
