📋 Description

• Perform manual, exploratory, and regression testing • Own and expand our Cypress e2e automation suite • Build and maintain API test automation using Postman or Playwright API • Conduct basic performance testing and recommend improvements • Use Sentry and Hotjar to detect issues, spot patterns, and improve user experience • Perform deep technical investigations using AWS tracing • Partner with engineering to address root causes and production-level risks • Use AI-in-the-loop validation workflows • Apply AI-assisted tooling for test creation, bug reproduction, and scenario generation • Contribute to QA documentation, processes, and standards • Provide internal customer support for product issues and QA insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve release reliability and speed • Influence quality culture and advocate for best engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with API test automation (Postman, Playwright API) • Strong experience with Cypress for end-to-end automation • Understanding of performance testing fundamentals • Experience using monitoring and user-behaviour tools like Sentry or Hotjar to investigate issues and spot patterns • Experience with AWS tracing • Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate QA and validation workflows • Ability to operate autonomously and thrive in ambiguity • Strong stakeholder management and communication • Leadership mindset and ability to say no to maintain focus • Experience with B2B platforms, tech QA environments, or marketplace-style systems
