📋 Description

• Drive customer success and technical adoption of Axon products and solutions for Public Safety and adjacent sectors in the region. • Serve as the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem and maintain deep knowledge of current and expanding product deployments. • Act as technical liaison between Axon, customers, and strategic delivery partners. • Follow up on all customer requests. • Work with the sales team to support existing customers. • Manage tickets and RMAs with internal teams from issue identification through the full adoption lifecycle. • Coordinate and schedule regular calls with existing customers. • Focus on customer loyalty and proactively suggest innovative ways to help customers succeed. • Facilitate integration with existing customer platforms. • Perform installation and commissioning. • Travel up to approximately 40%, nationally and internationally, including across Benelux, Nordics, and Baltics.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills is essential. • Tactically focused on managing customer success adoption. • Mission driven mentality, highly motivated, with a drive to execute on tasks. • Strong technical foundation, including working knowledge of enterprise networking: TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting. • Working knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud applications, APIs, identity management, authentication, and enterprise software administration. • Working knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory / Entra ID, and enterprise endpoint management concepts. • Working knowledge of integration patterns, system interoperability, and enterprise application ecosystems. • Technical troubleshooting across software, networking, configuration, and infrastructure domains. • Ability to legally live in the territory and travel to other countries as required; may require personally obtaining work and travel visas. • Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels and build strong partnerships. • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and collaboration tools such as Salesforce and Trello.
