📋 Description
• This role supports the HFS Scan, Store, and Retrieve Project, focused on deploying IBM DataCap within the DOIT environment to enable seamless document capture. • The consultant will also provide hands-on guidance and training to HFS personnel as they adopt document scanning processes across multiple locations. • The documents captured will be stored and managed via IBM FileNet on the IBM Cloud. • Lead the implementation and configuration of IBM DataCap within the DOIT environment. • Provide technical and user-level guidance to HFS teams for onsite document scanning workflows. • Integrate DataCap workflows with IBM FileNet P8 for cloud-based document storage and retrieval. • Assist with design and development of custom actions or scripts if needed (e.g., OCR tuning, data extraction). • Troubleshoot scanning workflows and support user adoption during the initial rollout. • Document technical setup, workflow logic, and training materials. • Collaborate with project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven expertise in IBM DataCap design, deployment, and optimization. • Familiarity with IBM FileNet P8, IBM Content Navigator, and IBM Cloud integration. • Experience working with government or healthcare sector clients preferred. • Strong communication skills to support both technical setup and end-user training. • Ability to work independently and liaise with multiple functional teams.
