📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and retention for our Paid Viewpoint community. • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to identify opportunities for growth, refine targeting strategies, and optimize campaign performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and business intelligence to develop and implement growth marketing initiatives that align with company goals and objectives. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in user acquisition and engagement within the online survey industry. • Drive experimentation and A/B testing across marketing channels to optimize campaign performance and identify scalable growth opportunities. • Lead the development and execution of social media marketing strategies, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships, to increase brand awareness and attract new users. • Own, maintain and experiment with the Paid Viewpoint website. • Manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify Paid Viewpoint's message and reach new audiences effectively. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, engagement, and revenue, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing and online survey communities, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate partnership marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar. • Creative mindset with a passion for experimentation and a willingness to take calculated risks to drive results. • Experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, and community engagement, with a deep understanding of best practices and trends in these areas. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives. • Experience working in the online survey industry or with consumer brands is a plus.
