📋 Description

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable software solutions • Ensure code quality and contribute to technical decisions • Integrate AI to drive innovation and automation • Ensure compliance with data governance and security requirements • Serve as a technical reference for the team and support the company’s technological growth • Develop and lead the implementation of complex features • Ensure application security and access control • Implement OAuth2 and OpenID Connect for identity management • Apply data governance practices and ensure compliance with Brazil’s LGPD data protection law • Participate in architectural decisions and continuous system improvements • Design scalable and resilient architectures, applying multicloud strategies and design patterns • Mentor junior developers and interns, conduct code reviews, and share best practices • Identify opportunities for new features and automate tasks using AI • Manage the implementation and monitoring of non-functional requirements • Optimize system performance and analyze response-time and throughput metrics • Participate in Scrum meetings and ceremonies • Track activity progress, identify challenges, propose solutions, and support technical decisions • Contribute to technical documentation for systems and processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Networks, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field • Knowledge of Java 8 and Java 11 • Knowledge of Spring Boot • Knowledge of Vue.js and Vuetify • Knowledge of Clean Code principles • Knowledge of Scrum • Knowledge of design patterns • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or Mockito • Knowledge of TDD principles and testing best practices • Knowledge of JBoss/WildFly • Knowledge of RabbitMQ • Knowledge of data governance and compliance with Brazil’s LGPD data protection law • Knowledge of API gateways • Knowledge of microservices architecture • Knowledge of basic AI and machine learning applications • Knowledge of TensorFlow and PyTorch • Knowledge of multitenant, cloud-native, and multicloud architectures • Knowledge of OAuth2 and OpenID Connect • Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals
