📋 Description

• Support the Product Manager (PM) by providing feedback from the team and users, ensuring the product remains aligned with the company’s strategic objectives; • Support Requirements Analysts in developing their skills by sharing best practices, reviewing deliverables, and facilitating learning sessions; • Manage the product backlog with a focus on the features that deliver the most business value, working with stakeholders to understand requirements and keeping the backlog organized and up to date; • Ensure the quality of product documentation, such as user stories and manuals, whenever new documents are created or updated so there is no ambiguity about what will be developed and delivered; • Facilitate daily communication with Product Managers and the development team, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and maintain open channels of communication; • Ensure the final product meets defined quality requirements and stakeholder expectations, collaborating with developers, testers, and other parties to validate features as requested; • Manage stakeholder expectations by keeping them informed about product progress and priority changes through alignment meetings and continuous feedback during sprints; • Prioritize product requirements based on business value, impact, and technical feasibility, using prioritization techniques and stakeholder validation to ensure the most valuable requirements are delivered first; • Plan and track the progress of releases and sprints, working on-demand with the Agile Master and the development team to plan sprints, define deliveries, and adjust deadlines as necessary; • Conduct training sessions, presentations, and product demonstrations as needed, using best practices for presentation, agenda organization, and dashboards to ensure clarity, engagement, and audience understanding.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Networks, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields • Public sector management • Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) • Best practices in requirements elicitation and specification • UX/UI • Design Thinking techniques • Conflict management techniques • Confluence, Jira, UML, BPMN, IEEE standards • Workshop and meeting facilitation techniques • Agile metrics
