📋 Description
• Manage the Procure-to-Pay cycle: take responsibility for processing and verifying supplier invoices from receipt through to payment. • Develop strong partnerships: keep supplier records up to date and serve as the point of contact for their inquiries. • Ensure financial integrity: perform bank reconciliations and contribute to monthly and annual closings. • Support decision-making: help prepare clear, relevant financial reports. • Improve processes: collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to optimize financial procedures.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (Bac +3/4) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 2–3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role. • Excellent command of Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and experience with accounting software. • Professional proficiency in English (C1) and French (C1). • Proven ability to work remotely from Lebanon, with a dedicated workspace and a reliable internet connection.
