• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and internal databases. • Collect, organize, and verify information before entering it into CRM systems. • Perform accurate data entry while ensuring information remains complete and up to date. • Follow up on website submissions and ensure all required actions have been completed. • Organize folders, files, and internal documentation. • Proofread articles and written content before publication. • Manage calendars, reminders, and recurring administrative tasks. • Track ongoing tasks and ensure deadlines and follow-ups are completed. • Assist with preparing reports and maintaining operational records. • Support the Marketing Manager with general administrative and operational activities. • Assist with additional operational projects as the Marketing team grows.
• 0–2 years of professional experience. • Fluent English (written and spoken). • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel on a daily basis. • Strong written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn. • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. • Previous experience in administration, operations, coordination, customer support, or office assistance preferred.
