âą Bachelorâs degree in a technical field. âą 4+ years in QoS, network supervision, or operations. âą Proven experience in technical customer-facing roles. âą Proficient written and spoken English for global client interaction. âą Immediate contributor with no other professional or academic commitments. âą Analytical, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
