• B12's engineering team prioritizes improving the world through software development.
• Engineers are responsible for prioritizing, conceptualizing, co-designing, building, testing, and engaging users for any concept they are building out.
• The team is encouraged to experience the full stack, but is also aware of each other’s preferences.
• Engineers mentor and teach where they can, both inside and outside of the company.

• B12's engineering team uses Python/Django and JavaScript/React for development.
