• Own the end-to-end delivery of engagement programmes, from concept through launch, including mechanic design, reward logic, CMS configuration, acceptance criteria, and edge case management • Partner with Commercial and CRM teams to design progression systems, promotional journeys, status tiers, and competitive events that drive player engagement and revenue • Translate commercial ideas into detailed product specifications that enable Engineering to deliver with confidence • Prioritise features based on their impact on player conversion, retention, engagement, and monetisation • Define success metrics before launch, analyse feature performance, and use experimentation and A/B testing to continuously optimise engagement mechanics • Ensure Engineering and CRM teams remain aligned on delivery timelines, campaign requirements, and technical constraints • Champion AI-enhanced ways of working, using AI tools to accelerate research, specification writing, analysis, and product delivery
• 2–5+ years' experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering customer-facing digital products • Experience owning features from discovery through delivery, with a proven track record of shipping products that delivered measurable business outcomes • Strong understanding of engagement and monetisation mechanics such as progression systems, promotional journeys, loyalty or VIP programmes, or competitive events • Excellent ability to write clear, detailed product requirements and user stories that Engineering teams can build from with minimal ambiguity • Commercial mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue, player behaviour, and business performance • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions and evaluate feature success • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Quantum Metric, SQL, or similar tools • Good technical understanding of product architecture, CMS-driven platforms, data events, and configurable systems • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
