• Manage and support our service partners in Germany and across Europe • Support, maintain, and manage service contracts • Monitor and analyze KPIs and SLA performance • Manage escalations and continuously optimize processes and interfaces • Conduct regular on-site visits to partners for audits, performance reviews, and relationship building • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and service providers in day-to-day operations
• Completed degree or vocational training in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Service Management, or a related field • Professional experience in managing service providers, service operations, or partner management is an advantage • Hands-on mentality with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility • Structured and solution-oriented working style with excellent organizational skills • Strong communication and negotiation skills • MUST Have: Fluent in German and English; another European language is an advantage • Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe on a regular basis
