• Responsibility for sales and profit targets in the private practice segment for ambulatory ophthalmic surgeons • Identify sales potential with existing and new customers • Develop and implement sales strategies • Present the service portfolio to ambulatory ophthalmic surgeons • Acquire new customers and maintain existing accounts • Develop high-quality customer relationships • Follow up on existing offers and prepare reports using the CRM system
• Degree in pharmaceuticals, medicine, or natural sciences with several years of field sales experience • Solid knowledge of the ophthalmology market is mandatory • Strong sales- and results-orientation • Excellent communication skills • Proficient in MS Office applications • Familiarity with common CRM solutions • High willingness to travel within your sales territory (including overnight trips)
