• Review and analyze preliminary survey findings on OCSEA among migrant children and families in Thai construction worker camps • Provide academic initial feedback, expert insights, advisory notes, and validation against global OCSEA research standards • Lead and facilitate at least one half-day workshop with the core team in October • Provide guidance on evolving OCSEA risks, child protection, parenting, prevention, and case management in the Thai context • Support analytical reflection on how findings can inform integrated, realistic, and context-sensitive BDF responses • Provide interdisciplinary conceptual guidance bridging OCSEA, child protection, parenting, prevention, and case management • Develop strategic recommendations and technical advice for FGD framework design and question sets • Advise on Gender-Sensitive Design (GSD) integration • Recommend psychological safeguarding measures and trauma-informed approaches for FGD sessions • Support the design of qualitative research tools and practical safeguarding recommendations
• Leading international scholar/expert in Child Protection and Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (OCSEA) with a proven global track record • High-level specialized expertise at the intersection of OCSEA, Child Protection, Parenting, Prevention, and Case Management • In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of evolving research needs and interventions in OCSEA • Expertise in Gender-Sensitive Design (GSD), Focus Group Discussion (FGD) design, child safeguarding, and trauma-informed research • Ability to provide services in English • Technical proposal in English outlining approach, methodology, and work plan • Financial proposal with detailed budget • CV(s) of key personnel • Samples of previous relevant work • Selected candidate must provide a criminal record or clearance certificate and two professional references • Compliance with BDF’s Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy, PSEA Policy, and Anti-Corruption Policy
