📋 Description

• Produce branded service documentation, including Service Descriptions, Service Schedules, Operational Handbooks, service pages and proposals. • Maintain documentation through version control and service-change tracking. • Draft first-pass content from source material and briefs. • Run the vendor onboarding process end to end using the onboarding checklist. • Log vendor onboarding findings with provenance and flag gaps. • Chase open actions to closure and maintain accurate vendor records. • Build familiarity with key security vendors and onboarding standards. • Compile service metrics and build performance reports and dashboards. • Prepare board-facing and customer-facing packs to a consistent standard. • Turn operational data into actionable business insight. • Support workshop and project coordination, including agendas, action logs, backlog hygiene and follow-ups. • Maintain operational trackers and logs, and chase aging follow-ups. • Identify slow, manual or inconsistent processes and propose and drive improvements. • Progressively contribute to service design, product propositions and platform initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in an IT, security or operations role. • Strong written English. • Sharp eye for documentation, including structure, accuracy, consistency and presentation. • Confident with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Comfortable producing professional, branded documents and building reports. • Organised and dependable; able to track work to closure and follow up proactively. • Analytical and curious, with the ability to turn data into insight. • Self-starting and comfortable with ambiguity. • Stable internet connection required. • Suitable home work setup, including a desk and chair in a quiet space. • Nice to have: exposure to managed security services, SOC/MXDR, or security vendors. • Nice to have: experience with product operations, service management or documentation-heavy roles. • Nice to have: familiarity with ticketing, MI/BI or documentation tooling.
