They tailor documents to each attorney’s preferences, proofread before delivery, and draft in popular estate-planning software (WealthCounsel, LEAP, InterActive Legal). Back Office Drafting positions itself as a scalable, flexible B2B service that helps law firms avoid late-night drafting, staffing headaches, and overhead tied to in-house teams while enabling remote practice workflows.

📋 Description

• Learning to draft revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related ancillary documents • Getting trained on professional drafting platforms such as WealthCounsel and InterActive Legal • Learning how to read an attorney's design instructions and preferences and apply them precisely • Getting frequent, specific feedback from experienced professionals • Raising your hand when something's outside your current skill set, and leaning into the learning curve

🎯 Requirements

• Graduating from an accredited paralegal program within the next year, or graduated recently. • Must reside in the U.S. with valid work authorization. • Availability: Roughly 20 hours per week, mid-September through mid-December. Must include 9-11am CT, Monday through Friday, for group training and meetings.
