📋 Description

• Define and execute the UK greenfield solar development strategy from inception. • Identify, assess, and secure sites, leading on land acquisition, grid connection, and planning consents. • Build and manage relationships with landowners, consultants, local authorities, and grid operators. • Oversee project progression from site origination through to Ready-to-Build (RTB). • Advise investors on UK market dynamics, policy, and commercial opportunities. • Develop the UK development platform, with scope to build and manage a local team as the portfolio grows.

🎯 Requirements

• A proven solar developer with hands-on experience delivering UK greenfield projects through to RTB. • Commercially astute, with strong knowledge of UK planning, grid, and land processes. • Entrepreneurial and self-directed. • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of market entry and development strategy. • Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and navigating complex regulatory environments. • Excited by the opportunity to shape a new market presence backed by committed, long-term capital.
