📋 Description
• Serve as a phone resource for policyholders with an active claim • Process and research First Notice of Loss (FNOL) • Document claims activity with detailed notes and diary entries • Route mail, reports, and escalations to the appropriate claims adjusters • Assist with processing payments and organizing claims documents • Support catastrophe response, vendor coordination, and special projects • Attend team meetings and document action items • Secure adjuster 620 license
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Claims adjuster license and property claims experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines precisely • Insurance-related certifications a plus
