📋 Description
• Responsible for assisting tactical and operational leadership in client benefit plans. • Manages policy activity and stewardship aspects in assigned book of business. • Analyzes and reports on claims data for larger accounts and ensures client compliance. • Sustains knowledge of government regulations and ensures legal compliance. • Promotes a culture of vigilance and strong ethical standards. • Manages large accounts independently and reviews existing accounts for necessary changes. • Cultivates relationships with insurance partners and manages various priorities.
🎯 Requirements
• Obtain and maintain state insurance license(s) as required. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or related concentration preferred. • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), SPHR or PHR is also preferred. • Minimum of seven (7) years of insurance and/or benefits related experience, including leading an account management team. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Excel, and Word. • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to produce clear communication to audiences. • Capability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. • Demonstrates the firm’s core values and aligned behavior with firm’s culture.
