• Maintain client files accurately and consistently • Compose professional business correspondence • Perform accounting/math related functions • Monitor claims and communicate information • Provide guidance and assistance to insureds • Attend client meetings when requested • Manage day-to-day activities of client accounts • Counsel and advise clients on coverage • Actively seek referrals from current client base • Cultivate relationships with insurance company partners • Bring issues to leadership's attention
🎯 Requirements
• Obtain and maintain state insurance license(s) • 3+ years of experience in Commercial Account Manager role
