📋 Description
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module • Collaborate with Total Rewards, HR, IT, and other stakeholders • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions • Optimize configuration and support integrations • Ensure compliance with governance standards • Drive continuous improvement of the compensation technology landscape • Lead the elicitation and analysis of future-state system requirements • Communicate requirements clearly and produce artifacts
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, or related field • 5+ years of experience supporting HR technology solutions in large or complex environments • Experience delivering software and technology solutions and leading cross-functional efforts • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Compensation preferred) • Strong understanding of Compensation business processes • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, complex projects simultaneously • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and mitigate risks effectively
