📋 Description
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the agentic AI experience • Drive continuous improvement of AI agent performance • Partner with engineering, data science, and clinical stakeholders to translate needs into product requirements • Collaborate with the BIH human-in-the-loop team to ensure seamless handoff between AI-led and human-led workflows • Lead, coach, and develop a Product Manager and Product Owner
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in product management • 5+ years in healthcare • Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear prioritization, PRDs, and user stories • Experience leading and developing product teams • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
