📋 Description

• Design and implement automation workflows across business operations • Set up and connect tools like CRMs, Google Forms, chatbots, and AI voice assistants • Build with no-code/low-code platforms such as Make and N8N • Collaborate with the founder to define workflow needs and translate them into working automations • Document workflows and troubleshoot issues as they arise • Stay up to date with automation and AI trends to suggest improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, N8N) • Strong understanding of CRM systems, ideally those used in schools, institutions, or professional services • Ability to build end-to-end automation flows with minimal supervision • Strong spoken and written English (must be clearly understandable to UK-based clients)
