âą Proven track record of running successful paid ad accounts with measurable ROI. âą Experience in B2B or PLG (Product-Led Growth) environments where conversion is the primary KPI. âą Expert-level prompt engineering and familiarity with the evolving AI marketing landscape. âą Exceptional writing skills (both for humans and for SEO/Algorithms). âą A portfolio or case studies showing how youâve taken a project from "zero to one" independently. âą You have a stack of AI tools you use daily. âą You understand how to use LLMs, automation platforms (Zapier/Make), and AI creative tools to 10x your individual output.
