📋 Description

• Analyze project requirements and programming needs. • Develop vision, concepts, and preliminary layouts for commercial buildings and villas. • Prepare Discovery Report and Initial Design Concept (PDF). • Create site plans, zoning, circulation diagrams, elevations, sections, and conceptual massing. • Produce rendered site perspectives for overall design intent. • Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, roof/ceiling plans, and opening layouts. • Coordinate schematic-level MEP references and finishing/material selections. • Produce 3D views and rendered visuals for design and construction. • Deliver Architectural Schematic Design Package (PDF & DWG) and Rendered Views (JPEG).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. • 3–5 years’ experience in architectural design and schematic drawings, preferably in Tropical Brutalist & Mediterranean styles. • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray). • Skilled at translating conceptual ideas into practical schematic designs. • Familiar with schematic-level MEP coordination. • Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics. • Able to work independently and meet deadlines. • Fluent in English.
